"What's in a McDonald's McNugget?

I know this is not my normal type blog post, but I just read this and thought of all the kids eating these, (and plenty of adults too) and thought you would want to know. Its just awful what has been allowed to happen to our food system.

Excuse me,"Chicken SKIN"?? Isn't that the part that many people, including me, pull off cause its so fatty and bad for you!! Now we know what companies do with the skin when they offer other choices of 'skinless grilled breast' and so on.
